  • Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.

  • For safety and hygiene, candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to our customer service team at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

3. Return Process

  • Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

  • Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different scent or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are non-refundable.
